Preorder Policy

Thank you for supporting Nibblet Kids.

Preorder items are products that are currently in production or in transit and are available for purchase before they arrive in stock.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

Any shipping or dispatch dates provided for preorder items are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing, freight, customs, port delays, weather events, industrial action, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please note that shipping dates provided for all preorder items are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing, freight, customs, port delays, or other factors outside our control. If any significant delays occur, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your preorder.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Order Updates

We will provide updates throughout the preorder process via email, our website, and/or social media where appropriate.

Preorder Cancellations

As preorder stock is ordered and allocated specifically based on customer purchases, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations.

If you wish to cancel your preorder prior to dispatch, we may provide a Nibblet Kids store credit for the value of your order, valid for 3 years.

If Nibblet Kids is unable to fulfil your order, or if a significant delay occurs beyond the estimated shipping timeframe, customers may request either a full refund or store credit prior to dispatch.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to Products

Occasionally minor changes to packaging, product specifications, or colours may occur between production runs. These changes will not affect the intended use, safety, or quality of the product.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
